The engagement will be on purely short-lived and contractual basis for the period mentioned in the ad. It is exclusively for the above pointed out research work and the period will be co-terminus with the project duration or till the conclusion of tenure whichever is earlier. The engagement under this project does not give any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for routine appointments in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would for that reason, not confer any right/claim, implicit or specific, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption versus any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other scheme of CSIR.
